All the devices are running the latest version of IOS. iPad 2 - crashes at startup tried deleting it and reloading it same problem. iPad Mini - in the Access tab the screen shows a picture of a door that's all no information on the door. iPhone 5s - in the User Setting tab with a setting for time or a date. When you enter the setting the key pad is at the top of the screen and you can not see the information you are entering. Some times when I open the app with a pass word the screen changes color to a light blue and at the bottom of the screen it says connecting and will not open the app. If you close the app and retry the same thing you have to turn off the phone and open the app again then it works. Is there any way to go back to the previous version of SnapLink? Thanks Bob
