I must be blind.

Where is All On/Off for the lights?

Right now there isn't one. You could create 2 buttons, one that runs all on, one all off.

Alternatively, if you have a suggestion where I can squeeze it in without making the UI convoluted, I'm all ears.

How about press and hold the Control icon from the home page? Than popup window that would say "All On", "All Off", "Control Lights" (or something to that effect).
