Hi there Aaron.  My son's wedding was last weekend.  Sorry for the delayed reply.
I am only using the HAI Camera Server cameras for my test.  I don't have any cameras to test that are directly connected ip cameras.  I am a Samsung Epic on Sprint using firmware version 2.2.1 kernel version 2.6.32.9.

Latest release version 1.4 still has forced close when watching video surveillance cameras.  If you select a camera to view, it will display the video for a camera but then if you wait about 30 seconds (do nothing but watch the video display) it will force close with an error.

Hi Aaron -

Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. Got busy doing a bunch of other stuff and this issue kind of took a backseat.

To answer your questions -

- HAI camera server with four cameras
- any camera on the server does it (causes a fc after about six seconds of viewing
- phone is a DroidX, Android version 2.2.1

I am having the same FC problem as others.
The camera opens and then FC after about 10 seconds.
 
HAI camera servers.
Samsung Galaxy S II
Android 2.3.4 
 
Any update to this problem?

I gave up on the Android and now just use the iPhone app.  It works very well.

Walt_Lane, that's not a solution to the problem when my clients have an Android phone.

I was hoping somebody had a settings change that might fix this issue.
