Hi Gerry,

I attempted to connect, and I believe I have diagnosed the problem.

TCP is currently being BLOCKED by your router, or ISP. I was able to connect with PCAccess via UDP, but could not connect via TCP.

The app incorrectly is stating "Controller refused connection", when it should be giving a different error message. I did confirm this, it's a bug I'll have to fix in the next release.

Will you advise when the release is available?

It's been submitted to Apple, we are waiting for their approval. Apple doesn't give a time table unfortunately.

Edit: Gerry, I went ahead and edited my post to make sure that you do actually understand that the new update isn't going to "fix" your problem, it's just going to display the correct error message.

The root cause of the problem is that TCP isn't port forwarded.

Aaron

I would (in order)

1.) Place order for a 3.4 upgrade ROM (You really need this for everything to work correctly)
2.) Double check Port forwarding rules
3.) Contact ISP to make sure they aren't blocking or filtering traffic.
