In order to use Snap-Link over the cellular network (outside local network), the following requirements must be met:
1. The port being used in the LS&A controller (default is 4369) must be opened to the IP Address of the controller. 2. The port-forwarding must be set to TCP for type of connection. 3. In the SNap-Link applicaiton, you must create a second account file, using the WAN (Public) IP Address. Another thing to consider is the ISP - if they provide dynamic IP Addresses, we would recommend soliciting a DNS service to provide a static host - otherwise, if your ISP changes the WAN Address, Snap-Link will stop working.
