Zigbee Kwik Door Locks

I've programmed 2 doors (Front & Garage) & 3 Thermostats the into the Zigbee Module (Omni IIe) system.  Everything works. 
Here's the issue: 
In the Iphone App under Access - Front Door is on Top and Garage Entry on bottom
  1. Both the Front Door & Garage Entry are Locked - Statuses show Lock
    • If I Unlock only the Garage Entry
      • Both the Front Door and Garage Door are changed to an Unlock Status.
    • If  I Unlock only the Front Door
      • Only the Front Door status is changed to Unlock Status.

  2. Both the Front Door & Garage Entry are Unlocked - Statuses show Unlock
    • If I lock only the Garage Entry
      • Only the Garage Entry is changed to Lock Status.
    • If  I lock only the Front Door
      • Only the Front Door status is changed to Lock Status.
Has anybody else ran into this issue.  If I program buttons and use the buttons the statuses stay correct.  Currently that is how my customer is running the door locks through the buttons that I have programmed so that they know the correct statuses. (Unless someone manually unlocks or locks).

What do I use for a zigbee door lock that is not in range and need to boost zigbee range
